Privacy policy — AccrueEase

AccrueEase is a financial calculator app. It has no user accounts and does not operate a server or database of its own — every calculation you enter, and every calculation you choose to save, stays on your device. This page explains what data the app and the third-party services it uses handle.

Data you enter

Loan amounts, interest rates, terms, and any other figures you type in are used only to perform calculations on your device and are never transmitted anywhere by the app. If you save a calculation, it's stored locally on your device using standard app storage. If you uninstall the app, or clear its storage from your device settings, this data is deleted — we have no copy of it and no way to recover it, because we never received it in the first place.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Free use of AccrueEase is supported by banner ads served through the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). To serve and measure ads, the SDK collects and shares the following with Google for advertising and analytics purposes:

• Approximate location — estimated from your IP address
• App activity — interactions such as taps, views, and app-launch events
• App info and performance — diagnostics such as launch time and crash/hang data
• Device or other IDs — your advertising ID and app set ID

This data is collected and processed directly by Google, subject to your device's ad privacy settings — AccrueEase does not receive or store it itself. You can manage or delete it through your device's ad settings or your Google account, not through the app. For details, see:

In-app purchase (Unlock Pro)

AccrueEase offers a one-time, non-subscription purchase to unlock additional calculator features and remove ads. This purchase is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. AccrueEase does not receive or store your payment details — Google shares only a purchase confirmation, which the app uses to set a local entitlement flag on your device and is not shared with anyone else.

Children's privacy

AccrueEase is a general-audience financial utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us using the details below so we can address it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if the app's features or third-party services change. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
